Cathyrine “Lilo” Armandie spent 20 years in the Air Force as a combat aviator, navigating high-stakes decisions in environments where ego wasn’t just a liability — it was a safety risk. She worked across international relations and strategy at the highest levels of military leadership. And then, like most high-achievers, she spent years privately unraveling everything she thought she knew about strength, identity, and what it actually means to thrive.

That unraveling became Lies My Ego Told Me — a podcast at the intersection of leadership, mental health, and personal growth — and eventually, a coaching practice built on one core belief: the lies we tell ourselves are the most expensive ones we never examine.
